• Assistant Delaware County Public Defender.  During his tenure in that position he engaged and defended clients against every type of misdemeanor and felony charge including first degree homicide and death penalty counsel (1992-2000)
• Maintained a private practice involving civil and criminal endeavors.  Has appeared and conducted hearings/trials before every presiding Judge of Delaware County at the District level and Court of Common Pleas level (1992 – Present)
